All payments are through PayPal or via bank transfer. The bank account details will be provided at the time of order placement. Once the payment has been received the order will be shipped. PDF patterns will be emailed after the payment is successful.
All ready to ship items will be shipped via India Post after receiving payment. All ready to ship items will be posted within 2-3 business days. Custom orders will take more time. Speed Post shipping charges will apply. Shipping charges will vary based on the size of the package and shipping location. Tracking numbers will be provided for every item shipped.
Packages are shipped Monday through Friday. Sometimes delivery can be somewhat faster, or sometimes a little slower, so please allow up to 15 business days for delivery. If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, please contact us so we can review your order details. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for the errors or delays of others in delivering your package but we will do what we can to locate the package for you. We can NOT be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
It’s important to us that you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with our products simply contact us within 2 days of receiving your package. Items must be then returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund (minus the delivery charge). Custom orders cannot be returned. We are a small company and simply cannot pay for shipping for you to return your product if you have decided you don’t want it. Please make sure you double check measurements and read product details before purchasing.
To qualify for a refund the goods MUST be unused, and in re-saleable condition, once inspected by us we’ll refund the amount to your bank account within 14 days. Shipping amounts will not be refunded.
If any of your goods is damaged or the wrong product was provided to you as a result of our error, return the unopened and/or unused goods and according to your instructions we will either exchange them or reimburse the cost of the items and the delivery charge. Please email us within 2 days of receiving your package, so we can establish your needs quickly.
When returning items we recommend you track your order, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please pack items suitably to prevent damage in transit. Please include your name, address, order reference number, reason for the return and the action you would like us to take with all returns.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders (unless they arrive damaged or defective)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
